Avocado or Hass Avocado, fruit of high nutritional value, pleasant taste, versatility and easy preparation.

With a rough and brittle skin, when ripe it changes color from green to dark purple, it is not fibrous but quite creamy, its oil content varying from 10 to 12%.

It has unique characteristics such as its excellent nutritional quality by having 12 of the 13 existing vitamins (A, B, C, D, E, K), minerals (potassium, manganese, magnesium, iron and phosphorus), and proteins.
